This scholarship is sponsored by the NYS Certified Swimming Officials Association. All accepted applicants will
be brought out onto the bulkhead and the recipient announced during a break in the swimming.
The attached application offers a graduating Senior the opportunity to receive a $1,000 Scholarship Award
which can be used to help meet your college expenses. You must bear in mind as you complete this fillable
